This dramatic closed vessel is a textural tour de force. Cracked pathways of burnt orange pieces open up to a black field of more subtle pathways. The whole piece is tied together by the  ‘handle’ like appendage that climbs up one side and snakes over the close dome top. Viewed at different angles, Crackzilla is part chameleon as it looks surprisingly different with every turn.   Dim.-7 in. W 13 ½ in Ht.
